Tanvi Goel sells digital products only. There is nothing to ship, and you do not need to give us a delivery address.
How delivery works
Everything on ebooks.tanvigoel.com is a PDF, delivered electronically the moment your payment succeeds.
- The confirmation screen shows your private link straight away.
- The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- No courier, no tracking number, no waiting for a parcel.
What your link does
Each link is unique to your purchase and works for a limited period, stated on the product page before you pay. Depending on the product, you can read the PDF in your browser, download it, or both.
If nothing arrives
Email delivery occasionally goes astray. In order:
- Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Use the resend page to have the link sent again to the same address.
- Still nothing? Write to the support address on this site with the date and amount of your payment. We reply within 2 working days.
The most common cause is a typo in the email address at checkout, or a work address that blocks outside mail. Tell us the correct address and we will send it across.
